Been my primary physician for over 10 years and I love love her very professional treat me like family the whole staff is amazing

I was a new patient there and arrived 15 mins early for my appt. filled out my paperwork . my appt was at 11 am, I didnt get into a room til 11:20 and the doctor still didnt see me. I walked out at 11:55 to see the doctor hanging up her cellphone. I walked out.

The physicians and staff are professional and knowledgeable. Dr Duncan and her staff are thorough and so courteous. It was easy and welcoming to make an appointment. I was seen promptly upon signing in. I am more than satisfied with the level of service I have received.

DO NOT COME TO this DOCTER OFFICE. they are very unperfessional. When you call to make an appointment nobody picks up the phone mind you it’s 5-6 people behind a desk talking like they are in a club. When you do get an appointment and you come at the time YOUR APPOINTMENT IS AT you have to wait 2 hours just to be seen. And when you are finally going to be seen they send in students that don’t know NOTHING. And if you’re really sick and need your medicine oh lord You’ll die before you get it because they can never send it to the right pharmacy. Don’t let you be seen on a Friday you won’t get your medication till the following week. This doctor office need to be shut down. The only good thing about here is getting your bloodwork done. They are scared of disabled adults. They don’t wanna exam

Terrible wait times, like what's the point of setting an appointment if you're gonna have the patient waiting about 2hrs before they get seen. Doctor barely looks interested when speaking with you
