I walked in to order a pair of new glasses for my special needs child and was told there would be a wait. That was completely fine with me. I asked if I could look at the frames, and there were no issues with that. However, I was then confronted by an employee named Nora, who repeatedly told me—four times—that there were three people ahead of me. Her tone and delivery made me feel uncomfortable. She explained that she needed to run authorizations, which takes time, and suggested I come back the next morning between 8–9 a.m. when it would be less busy. I had no problem waiting, so this suggestion felt more like she was trying to push me out rather than accommodate me. When I asked her how long each customer typically takes, she said 40 minutes each. I accepted that and was willing to wait.

I have never been mistreated in this location, I’m always welcomed nicely. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. The receptionist, Yani, is very kind and heart warming every time I visit. I nothing bad to say about this location.

Totally recommend South Florida Vision. Fabian and Nora were extremely helpful and courteous. Fabian went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I needed a second pair of glasses for the computer, and he provided options and recommendations that make my life a lot easier. Both, Fabian and Nora are very professional. Thank you!

FROM MAKING MY APPOINTMENT TO SEEING THE EYE DOCTOR WAS SO EASY. FABIAN HELPED ME WITH PICKING OUT GLASSES HE WAS NICE AND HE UNDERSTOOD WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR NEVER FELT PRESSURED I ASK NORA WHO ALSO HELPED TO SEE WHAT EYE GLASSES LOOKED BETTER AND I CAN SAY THEY WORKED GREAT TOGETHER HELPING ME FEEL COMFORTABLE, THE PRICE WAS INCREDIBLY GREAT, I HAVE BEEN GOING TO EYE VISION FOR YEARS AND I CAN SAY WITHOUT A DOUBT I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GOING TO EYE VISION! I’ve been coming to the office for years now me and my mom every time I come into this office they are great an very helpful I spoke to Nora today and she was able to help me out with my new glasses and help me find the best deal there was she is such a sweetheart and very understanding I highly recommend this office and when you go in speak to Nora she will do her best to help you with the best for your eyes
