South Florida Structural Integration has greatly helped me. Michelle, the owner and SI expert, has such a deep understanding of the body, and how every system of the architecture of the body relates to itself, and to the mind. I am a singer, and have suffered for years with severe neck and shoulder tension, which has caused many obstacles in the use of my voice. I have also suffered from migraines my whole adult life. Through structural integration, Michelle has reversed the years of damage I have inflicted on my own body, and I now have a much more agile singing voice, with more abdominal support.
