I want to congratulate the clinic staff for their excellent service. I was warmly welcomed and promptly attended to, with the receptionist and laboratory staff being very friendly and charismatic. Especially Mailin and the doctor who examined me. Mailin spoke Portuguese with me, as I don't speak English and speak little Spanish. Congratulations to the clinic for having someone who speaks Portuguese.

Honestly I had the best experience at Encore with Dr Carolina and Angel being my main care givers; even more than I do at my own doctor, & he’s also great! I always got the best bed side experience and full transparency along the way. Appointment reminders were also very organized and kept me up to date with my visits. I even got fed while there for long periods of time, I honestly loved going there and wish I could transfer the entire staff to my main office! Loved you guys and I appreciate all the work you do to help us all!!!
