The hygienist was friendly and respectful of my concerns. Both the dentist and hygienist were polite and knowledgeable with bedside manners including personable with their Client.They were able to answer all my questions no matter how many I had with patience. I would recommend this facility.

Very accommodating, excellent bedside manner. From the time you walk in you are greeted with exceptionally warm receptionist. Wait times for me is less than 15 minutes. Both dentist are great, they pay particular attention to one’s individual needs and prioritize your comfort throughout the visit. And may I add they have a dental lab on premises . I had such a great experience at Genco Dental. I went in for a full exam and cleaning and also had some tooth pain that needed to be checked out. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff was kind, patient, and truly took the time to listen to my concerns. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or anxious. I left feeling relieved, well cared for, and really grateful for the professionalism and compassion shown. What amazing experience we just had. Dad has been without top teeth for 2 years because of having to have cancer treatments. We got there at 8:30 am for impressions, 11:30 to see how they look, and 3:30 to pick them up. Yes, all in the same day. Patricia was amazing and the Dr was thorough and compassionate to dad not being able to hear anything. Dad is so happy with his new teeth and said "bring on the steak"
