Dr. Elford is fantastic. He answers questions directly and makes you feel at ease. He is gentle and has a calm and soothing demeanor. Every dental tech has been gentle and they always check in to make sure you’re doing alright. The front staff is always kind and helpful. The best experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist.

New here in town. What was appealing to me was that they offered Saturday office hours. Upon arriving the receptionist was super nice, friendly and welcoming. The same is true for the hygienist and Dr. Elford. They made me feel really comfortable. The office was clean and quite, just some soothing background music playing which helped ease my anxiety. It was an overall very pleasant experience, would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for the real deal. 👍🏾

I’ve seen a lot of dentists in my time in Eugene due to constant insurance changes but this office is by far the best. Amazing staff, welcoming environment, and very affordable. They’re very honest and don’t try to upset you on treatments that aren’t necessary like a lot of dentists. As somebody who goes 2x a year but still hates it, this has been by far the most enjoyable experience I’ve had in a dentist chair. Can’t recommend them enough.

I travel a lot and stopped here for a cleaning. The guy was so nice, and very good at cleaning my teeth, then he mentioned I should have and existing cavity checked out. I schedule the visit, the dental assistant starts talking about two cavities that need to be filled, I assured her it was only one. After some confusion, I find out that he wants to give me two fillings, was quick, but when finishing the cavities off he drilled them way too deep, then did a check with the paper and the bite down, didn't ask me a thing, and said it was good and left. Since then, now over a month, I have not been able to eat anything on the right side of my mouth. Sensitive to almost everything. Been coming to Dr. Elford's office for years, excellent dentistry and very personable--it is more than clear that his team really cares for their patients. Absolutely no bs, very ethical and won't con you into paying for a bunch of unnecessary procedures. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
