I used to go here about four years ago and was very happy, I decided to come back and now I’m very unhappy with the service I’ve received. Went in a week ago after being told to come in immediately because my gum was swollen and pussing, they looked and said to come back for my deep cleaning, no antibiotics, called the next day with more puss actively leaking from my gums and they give me an antibiotic. Yesterday I paid over $1000 for a deep cleaning I was not offered anesthetic, Turns out they claim that the anesthetic is free so it didn’t save me any money. They just caused me unnecessary discomfort for absolutely no reason. They are decently higher priced than other dentist in periodontist that offered the same service, They only build me for a part of the procedure and then told me tod

My husband and I went to this dentist for an initial visit thinking that we would get a checkup and cleaning. Instead, they did an assessment and told both of us that we needed a deep cleaning due to severe pockets in our gums. Total price? $2000 each. We have been going to the dentist regularly for 50 years and have never been told by our dentist that we had this problem. We will not be returning to this office.

Sherri I believe is her name. The dental hygienist there was very unprofessional. It started by her not introducing herself. It was awkward. I watched her set up her equipment without gloves, leading to me being startled by her.. she was putting the cloth like drape around my neck. I didn’t know what was going on. This was my first time coming to that location. I began to just go with the flow. It got to a point where she handed me glasses and asked to put them on. I saw how nasty they were then simply said no thank you I don’t want them. She says I must wear them. Not explaining why I asked if she could wipe them off because they didn’t look clean. I had a great experience. Everyone from the front desk to the assistants to my Dentist did an incredible job. They made welcome and at ease. I had veneers done, and my smile is transformed. I’m happy, you will be to with South County Smiles.
