I absolutely love South County Complete Dental Care! From the moment I walk in, I am greeted & treated with care. I love when I walk into the office and receive a warm hello from Patrick or Liz! Chris helped me with my consultation & is always a delight. My dental assistant Louise is absolutely fabulous! She is super sweet but even more professional. Sharon is always helpful as well! The office environment is extremely comforting & I love that Dr. Fetsch has a wealth of knowledge about every question I ask, this is complemented by his enthusiasm while providing care. If you are looking for a new dentist in the St.Louis area, I highly recommend South County Complete Dental Care.

Seriously, you guys are amazing! From the first consultation to the final product - 12 weeks. Not one day of pain. A little swelling and a little bruising for only a few days. Tylenol, ibuprophen, and ice. 12 implants, 22 extractions!!! It could not have gone better. Dr Fetsch is an experienced pro and the staff could not get any better. If you are on the fence about where to go for implant supported all on x look no further than South County Complete Dental.

I love coming to the dentist! Have you ever heard anyone say that before? No because going to the dentist isn’t necessarily the thing anyone wants to do. But the staff here makes it incredibly enjoyable. Patrick is the ultimate front desk associate. He always remembers things about me when I come in to make conversation and he knows everybody’s name as soon as they walk through the door. Customer service is top notch, nobody does it better than Patrick. And it doesn’t stop there the entire staff is incredible to be around. Xochilt is my dental hygienist and I always have the best time with her like we’re old friends. My experience here was wonderful! From Patrick at the front desk to Gabby and Dr. Meyer doing a great job with my teeth! They made me feel comfortable and was very kind as well.

This place is horrible. I have been coming here for 6+ years and something always changes with my bill from what I am being quoted. You would think that they would want to retain their loyal customers and work with them, but instead do the complete opposite. I am always quoted one price before my exams and then after my exam, I am given a surprise bill that is hundreds more than what I was quoted. Either get better at quoting customers the correct price or stick to your word when you give them a price. This office is very money hungry. All they care about is how much they can squeeze out of your insurance for themselves and once they can't get anymore from your insurance, they throw the extra bill onto you and wasn't what you were promised.
