After over two decades as a patient, I can confidently say that Dr. Ho provides outstanding dental care. The entire team is wonderful, always offering friendly and professional service. Dr. Ho is a true expert—highly skilled and meticulous in his work. I've always been extremely happy with every visit, from routine cleanings to more complex procedures. This is the only place I trust for all my dental needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent dentist.

I’m surprised there’s not more positive reviews here. I was a patient of Dr. Ho’s for many years until I switched jobs and unfortunately changed my insurance as well. The last two years, I gave other dentists and dental teams a chance, but my thoughts always came back to South City Smiles. Their customer service is incomparable and here are the many reasons why: -Aileen the RDA remembers I only like mint polish so the next time I came back for my 6 month cleaning, she had mint ready to go. -The office is always great at making sure I get my cleanings in for the entire year before my insurance runs out. -There was one time I had an appointment schedule on my birthday and they welcomed me with a bday gift card. -they are honest and thorough when it comes to cleanings and procedures. -Dr. Ho

I'm really pleased with the service I have received so far from south city smile. Dr. Ho leads his entire team with professionalism and care, has great chairside manner, and is an excellent technical dentist (from what I can tell). Dentistry is rarely fun - often uncomfortable and expense, and the entire team at South City Smile does their best to make it as good an experience as possible. It's easy to call and get through, with the front desk/admin support being easy to work with and having great answers and followup. They seem to run on time, and the office is nicely appointed. Parking is easy at Westborough. I'm happy to be a patient here.

Dr. Ho is very detailed. He is very knowledgeable and honest in his opinions for procedures. He goes above and beyond for his patients and I am grateful that I have found him as my primary dentist. His staffs deserve all the excellent review.
