South Bronx Pharmacy

This Pharmacy is the worst place I've ever been. My Dr sent my prescription Saturday morning I got there at 10:00 a.m. and they were closed they open now you know it was freezing freezing on January 31st I had to go back home I called like at 10:30 I asked Can my medication be delivered I was told yes and at 3:00 p.m. I still didn't get a delivery I called and a young lady told me the delivery guy had just left now 6:00 p.m. no delivery of my medication so now I have to wait till Monday to get my medicine which is February 2nd no one called to tell me anything and there's been plenty of times that I'm told to come my prescription is ready and I get there I have to wait like 15-20 minutes because they haven't even filled the prescription I keep my composure but this is not a good thing to d

What a pharmacy should be. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, helpful, caring. But I go mostly for the shaving products. It's shaving paradise. From the quotidian to the truly offbeat, you can find it here--creams, soaps, razors, aftershaves, from dirt cheap to pricey, all of it carefully chosen. I've been a customer for years and it's like going to the toy store. The owner is a great guy, and this is the kind of small business New York used to be known for. It's truly fantastic.

My senior parents and I have been customers for over 6yrs. They staff is always friendly & profesional. The Pharamcist, Sam, always goes above and beyond for my parents & me. They provide an invaluable service of packaging our meds in blister packs. This is extremely helpful when one is responsible for administering meds to parents with Alzheimer's, the meds are packed individual for the day for each week. NO MORE wondering if the meds were taken or pills spilling all over the place. A millions thanks

This pharmacy is the worst. the workers down to the pharmacist is very rude don’t have no people skills in person & on the phone Go back to the drawing board take some classes to learn how to talk and deal with the public. If you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on the customers
