My visit on 2/10/2026, was outstanding. I had a letter from my new insurance company stating I changed carriers, but it didn’t have I.d. # on it, so Brittany went above and beyond, and called insurance company and retrieved necessary info. While I waited on my card in the mail. Outstanding job Brittany 🙏 Thank you

I made an appointment and I also verified my insurance they said the accept it but when I get there I had to pay 400 cause an issue on there end with the insurance company. They are so unorganized and try to get smart and lie to you about your paper. Runnnnnn

Dr. Hasan is awesome, so this is very upsetting. For one, I was supposed to have an appointment today & it was not even in the computer. Mainly, though, the manager woman is rude & nasty for absolutely no reason. She is unacceptable & should be replaced immediately. I would hate to have to find a new doctor, because of her. Really, she is in the wrong line of work. This is a neurology clinic. Patients should not have to go through Squidward to see a good doctor. Please, send her to bag groceries. So she can stop stressing patients. Just rude & nasty for no reason at all. Also, loud & wrong!!! The only thing I can come up with is she hates her job. So, send her packing. *** Update*** Nope, I will not be going back. I will not tolerate the disrepect. I asked my PCP to refer me to another doc

Dr. Hassan, why would you not get rid of Camiesha? She is awful. She obviously has issues. She is extremely unprofessional. And you have her managing your office. I am sure she's costing you more than she's worth. She's extremely rude to the clients. And she does a very poor job of getting the job done. I would never recommend your office to anyone for this reason. Please do something about your rude staff. The worst I have ever experienced. The DMV has nothing on your staff.

I'm giving Dr. Hasan 4-stars because of his very rude staff. He is Great, but his staff makes you want to turn around. These women don't follow through with sending medical information to other Doctor offices that you have been referred to. No smiles, or cordial greeting when entering his office, and they don't look professional at all. I have worked in several doctor offices and my personal appearance in scrubs was always neat/cute. I almost left his practice because of the bad customer service his staff displays. ATTITUDES!
