Always a pleasure to visit Soundworks in Arlington, TX. Staff is very professional, responsive and friendly. Everything is explained fully and they are very thorough in their work. I never have any issues that have not been taken care of. It's a small operation, which makes it very comfortable. I recommend Soundworks 100%! You will be very well taken care of. 😊

I was impressed and very pleased with my experience at SoundWorks. The office was clean and bright, and the receptionist professional, yet friendly. When I saw Joshua, the audiologist, I told him what I thought my needs were and my monetary limit. He did a thorough hearing test, answered all my questions, and based the hearing test and his knowledge of the kinds of hearing aids and brands, he recommended the one meeting my needs. He was able to get a great brand I had read about, but didn’t think would be in my price range, getting even some amenities I never thought I could afford. I whole heartedly recommend SoundWorks! Very impressed with Grant and the personal care were received! He was very professional, proficient, and listened carefully to our comments and concerns. After testing both my husband and me he took the time to give us detailed explanations of what each result meant. I am extremely satisfied and grateful for the service I received at the SoundWorks in Arlington. My goal of getting my mother-in-law’s hearing aids cleaned was achieved immediately after just walking in without an appointment. The receptionist was very kind to show me how to replace one small part if I wished to do this on my own. If we should need additional service or an examination, I will certainly choose to bring my MIL to SoundWorks.
