I would give 0 stars if I could. This has been my pharmacy for years. Normally I go in person for everything never had a problem even when they would take long and talk, until recently I would call to ask questions before going in person and be talked over, get hung up on and also receive sarcastic tone. So disrespectful. It’s a rude woman that does this to you. When the young man picks up he is so respectful and helpful. That woman needs to be fired immediately because by looking at other reviews I’m seeing I’m not the only one dealing with her bad manners and attitude.

90% of the time I go there to pick up my medications. It’s not ready. On top of that, 95% of the time. My medication is missing from 2 to 4 pills. It gets shorted and they say “it’s not a big deal, let us know and we will give them to you”. That’s not the point. If it’s supposed to be 30 pills. Why am I getting 26? Also, they make you say your date of birth and name literally in front of people. That’s a privacy issue and that’s sensitive information. Not for the public to hear. When your waiting in line, the person at the counter sometimes be having long conversations that’s have nothing to do with medication. Making the waiting process much longer. I was second inline and foster was buying paper towels. She rings him up and proceeds to have a 12 minute conversation about non sense. This

Clerk that seems to be the manager or person in charge is super rude. She curses out and talks about patients, Ive seen it with my very own eyes. She has definitely violated HIPAA a couple times while I’ve been picking up my prescription. Together, her and the rest of the staff at the pharmacy counter are always distracted and don’t do their job efficiently. They take forever to get your prescription ready and even then they prioritize their conversation/gossip over customer service. Very very unprofessional. Do not go here unless you love bad service.

wow, I am reading all the negative comments about this pharmacy, and the same thing is happening to my mom. The fact that they would put her health in jeopardy is the reason I am going to report them.

The supv is rude..I called to ask a ? She became defensive..The ? I asked was how much does it cost for my prescription without my insurance.I was not close to my normal pharmacy.Needless to say it was a emergency.The supv said 90 for 99.I did not know what she was refering to because i generally only pick up 30 at a time.Which i mentioned.This is where for some reason the conversation went down.She immediately became defensivse and sarcastic.Telling me I did not ask of her.In a very and obvious ride tone.I toldher she was being rude..As I question the charge and she told me it was 40 dollars for the 30..Her attitude became more sarcastic as if she felt I could not pay for my medicine..If ask how much just answer the ?unprofessional remarks are not needed.This supv is not fit to serve the
