I had hip pain and loss of mobility for about a year and a half, and I genuinely believed it was something I’d just have to live with. The pain was constant, nagging, and even woke me up in the middle of the night. I tried so many other things and nothing worked. I honestly thought this was just part of aging. Working with George felt like healing magic. I cannot believe I now have full mobility and all of my pain is gone. My quality of life has completely changed — he truly gave me a new lease on life. I had a great experience at SoundSide. My PT, James, helped me get back to my sport faster than I would've ever expected. I had a slipped L5-S1 disc when I was 16 and thought I was done, but James had me fixed and back to playing quickly and pain + issue free. Their facilites are very well kept and I'd recommend inquiring about the Phoenix laser.

I have been going to Soundside in Locust Valley since my Shoulder Replacement surgery in February. I have been to a few places in the past and I have to say that James and his staff are both very professional and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable as well as ensuring that your therapy is done correctly. I give them a 5 Star review, from the people who work at the front desk all the way through the entire staff. It is a family run business that makes you feel like you are part of the family.

After completely tearing my patellar tendon and having reconstructive surgery on my knee, I completed my rehab at Soundside Physical Therapy, and I’m thankful that I did. The entire staff is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and my therapist Vin worked diligently with me for more than 6 months to fully rehab and strengthen my leg. Vin made sure that I was progressing through my rehab, and I had his full attention every appointment. The level of attentiveness and care here is second to none, and you can tell that not only are the staff experts in their field, but they really care about their patients through the process, as well as patient outcomes. If I ever end up with another injury, I would not hesitate to go back to Soundside Physical Therapy, and I would recommend them to any

I cannot recommend this place enough, and I do a LOT! I had the unfortunate experience of an ACL and Meniscus repair surgery fail after a bad injury last year, but the team at SoundSide not only got me through pre/post surgery and rehabilitation (twice) - but recommended me my new surgeon, got me to a point where I am just as strong and stable as before, and I genuinely had fun doing all of it with them despite all the pain. Special shout-out to Vin and Laura, along with the rest of the team who spend so much time and effort with me, I feel blessed every day I have the privilege of going in for PT! You guys rock!
