Had some gum grafting done after putting it off for years. Had two visits and both were trouble free, biggest inconvenience was the drive to the office. The staff are very nice and extremely helpful and couldn't ask for a better doctor. Dr. La Rosa called me at home the night of both procedures to see how things were going, something I wasn't expecting. Very happy with my experience. Thank you. Marlyn M.

Dr. Silvia La Rosa at Sound Surgical Arts did an outstanding job with my gum grafting. She was confident, gentle, and exceptionally skilled, and showed genuine care and respect for my well-being throughout the process. The results are beautiful, my healing was quick, and I had virtually no pain—clearly a reflection of her talent and expertise. I highly recommend her.

Drove to Gig Harbor from Auburn on a referral from my dentist. Got there early for my 9 am appointment. The dentist still hasn’t seen me and it’s 9:30. I understand running a little behind but this is ridiculous. People have to work! I was on time, why can’t my provider be on time? Being this late is disrespectful. I do not recommend this facility or if you plan to use them, take the whole day off.

Just had gum grafting surgery by Dr Silvia La Rosa this week and am very pleased. The surgery itself went very smoothly and efficiently. Everyone worked like a well-oiled machine which is always nice to see. Dr. La Rosa and Jessie kept me comfortable and I appreciated them checking in with me periodically to make sure I was doing okay. The follow-up call by Dr. La Rosa the next day was also a nice touch. Due to the office's clear instructions and great service, my recovery has been problem free and while not looking forward to a second surgery, I know Im in good hands.

This business is 2 star service. The doctor is good 4 stars but I been waiting for 3 months for a call back. I had an appointment (which they are booked out 3 months) which they canceled and said someone would call me. The lady gave wrong information and they made me feel like I was the problem when I just wanted a 2nd invoice on the two options they gave me. (Not everybody signs papers in silence) They gave me an invoice for minimum service like I can't pay or afford the 2nd invoice. Then I am still waiting for a call, I sure did get my late payment notice for the consultation in a very timely manner. For an office highly recommended, I would have to pass. The doctor should know that much business is lost via staff. I didn't want to post such a Review but the lack of service really ma
