Time was spent thoroughly explaining audiogram / providing a professional testing and consultation environment / spending time answering each & every question we had about all things related to my hearing situation / follow up appointment(s) was timely and supportive with service to the actual device(s). Only wish I’d seen the cookies earlier in the session! Personable and joyous people both at the front desk and with clinician!

Personable....and professional. Listened to my needs...tinnitus being a main concern. Dr. "Kelly" understood what I was looking for. Unfortunately....very pricey as a move forward, although I think for the price you receiving you get the benefit of great expertise and a quality product. Note: For me...my insurance using Sound Relief is out-of-network....so the deductible is high which is adding to the dilemma to move forward with them....but certainly worth exploring if you the market.

My wife has pretty bad tinnitus and this is the first professional that offered reality-based support and management techniques. Our first impression is that Dr. Kelly is compassionate and kind and quite responsive to our questions. While the program price is quite significant, it appears to be well worth it given the debilitating nature of tinnitus. So far the trial hearing aids are helping substantially and we are optimistic that the program will bring much needed relief.

So glad we found you and got the relief we were looking for. Silenced the noise for me and my tinnitus and my wife goes hearing back after looking into the Cross system with a transmitter and reciever to help her Hear again and join the conversation. I Highly recommend Julie and her Awesome Team, you won't be disappointed!
