Sorrento Dental Care

This was my first visit to Sorrento Dental Care, and my experience was very pleasant and smooth. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I was called in about 10 minutes after my appointment time, which I really appreciated. Skye (I hope I got her name right) was the dental tech who assisted me, and she was very kind and accommodating. She made sure I was relaxed throughout the entire visit. The doctor was also super nice and took the time to discuss my treatment in detail. She made recommendations that I agreed with and ensured I fully understood the treatment plan and possible surgery. Overall, a great experience. I have no complaints whatsoever.

I am a first time patient and had an overall great experience there. Reception is a little impersonal with the use of a Kiosk, but everything else went pretty smoothly. I would have liked a full explanation of the practice being a new patient (how long there, what equipment they have, services provided and a little about the dentists) all of that would have been nice, but they launched right in to evaluation and baseline. They did answer all my questions. The staff, techs etc. were very nice and thorough. Dr. Young was great. She was thorough, pleasant and attentive and gave great advice. I read other less positive reviews, but my experience as a new patient was very good. I would recommend highly.

Skye called me back on time and was very professional in my cleaning. I did need to wait some time for the dentist to conduct her examintion. I have been surprised by a new hygenist at every visit but I have not noticed a decline in service because of the "round-robin" assignment of hygenists to my appointments.

Been going to this clinic for 4 years now. Front staff never greats you. Appointments always running late and nobody bothers to tell you until you ask. Every time you are there you get a different Hygienist. MD barely greats you. Looking for a new group.

I love Sorrento Dental. Very friendly staff. Got in and out for my appointment quickly. Me and my teeth are happy!
