I’ve never made a negative google review before but now I have to Dr. Szabo was completely uninterested in my concerns and was actually rude to me. She asked me no questions about my hearing. When I said to her, “I think you’re being a bit rough with me.” She responded without bothering to look at me, “Sorry about that.” I had called their office days before saying I was interested in Resound hearing aids and they assured me they offer it. But at the appointment they didn’t have the software for me to try it and told me it would take a while to get it. I asked does that mean weeks? No answer. Very professional office staff. Felt comfortable immediately and Ann Marie Olsen is a true professional. She took the time to explain how to care for my new hearing aids. I am very satisfied with my choice of hearing aids and choosing Ann Marie Olsen to guide my care.

My experience at Sophisticated Hearing has been nothing but a pleasure. I had serious concerns and fears about getting a hearing aid and Dr. Ann Marie Olsen spent a considerable amount of time answering all of my concerns. The service and professionalism is first rate. I highly recommend this facility for those seeking a hearing aid.

Donna was so patient with me and explained everything about the new hearing aids.They are working very well and I am very pleased.

Dr Olson wanted me to pay $6200. upfront and wait for a payment from United Health Care. She is in Netwotk. I called United Health Care. She signed a contract with them and is not allowed to collect funds up front. They said she signed a contract and a Provider Network Complaint needs to be filled against her I called Dr Olson who stated that she knew but she doesn’t always get the correct amount from the Insurance Company. Plus the Insurance company will send her the money, not the patient. So she is potentially double dipping. Patients may forget and the check is sent to her in her name!!! Beware!!!! She knows what she is doing is wrong. Don’t fall for the sweet act and cutsy loafers. It’s a scam.
