This was my first visit at this facility and unfortunately I was very sick. This facility is beautiful and from the very nice front staff greeting me and helping me with the check in process. Hardly any wait time and the nursing assistant who helped me get checked in and listening to all my complaints. I then saw NP, Sonya and she was AWESOME! I get very anxious when I go to any doctors office but she made me feel very comfortable and listened to all my concerns. She was very thorough and I never felt rushed. I plan to transfer all my records to see her from now on and transfer my whole family here. So hard to find a nice and caring facility these days and to have them make every aspect of my visit very easy and very kind goes a long way. Thank you to each had a part in my visit! You

I got a same day appointment & everyone was so caring & sweet. The doctor was very attentive & addressed all my concerns. I’ve decided to switch to Aylo for sure & I highly recommend the Ball Ground office!

Sonya was very thorough and able to get me what I needed. Feel so much better. Was able to pick up my prescriptions within an hour. Great experience.
