Aylo Health - Primary Care at Ball Ground

Wonderful experience! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Minimum wait time. Full service... From imaging and blood work to a comprehensive discussion of my health needs. Went for an EKG and blood work so I wouldn't have to go through the runaround and craziness at Northside. Got my results quickly after having a discussion of my overall health which reduced the anxiety from my upcoming surgery. Then when Northside could not find my EKG results, they were resent immediately. I will definitely go back and am considering switching from my current primary care.

Aylo health charged our insurance $385 for a sick visit. That is for a mid level provider so an NP or PA for about 10 minutes of them looking at you. This is unacceptable. We can go to CVS minute clinic for $99 and that is exactly what we plan to do in the future. In one day for a family of three Aylo charged our insurance $2,095 for three sick visits. After the contracted amounts were applied through our insurance we owe $1339. That is crazy!! That’s for provider visits and flu, strep, and Covid test. They charged our insurance $225 for each Covid test. We did not ask for Covid test or consent to them so this will be addressed with Aylo billing department.

Thoroughly was impressed with the AYLO location in Ball Ground. Dr Eltarawy has been my physician for almost 20 years. I will follow wherever he is ! You are extremely blessed to have him at your facility! He is one of the few that genuinely listen to his patients, and helps them ! Adding virtual visits would be a nice addition !

We had an appointment for 9 am…. At 10:30 they took us back! 4 people came in after us and were taken before us! When taken back the rudest nurse came in ask a few questions and left! 30 minutes later we walked out without being seen by a doctor! As we walked out the two nurses were talking about cruises! No concern that we had been there already 2 hours! Did not bother to draw blood or anything to help us get out of there! The back of the house…. Nurses and doctor were severely lacking! But the receptionist,Lori, was fabulous! It’s very sad!

We’ve been here multiple times since it opened. Liz has helped up every single time. She’s super personable, kind and caring. My kids love her and I’m thankful for someone who makes it less stressful for me to get the kids in and taken care of.
