Sonshine Therapy Pooler

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! We were referred to this "business" by our doctor. Our oldest son has a slight stutter. Things went wrong from DAY ONE!!! Backstory, we have had a pleasant history with ChatterBox and will be going back there after this. So we took our son to the first appointment, they apparently sent us a confirmation which never came.... apparently they had computer issues and their automative service cancelled it. The following week, I got the text and confirmed it. My husbands number is supposed to be first contacted because he is the one who handles appointments. It was luck that I was able to confirm considering where I work has little to no signal. Side note is that I never confirm appointments, I have always been able to show up for ANY type of medical appointment. The following

Ashtin Johnson, their Occupational Therapist is a very well spoken, professional, and knowledgeable therapist and I highly recommend her along with Raegan! They are very understanding and will even FaceTime you via iPhone if you aren’t able to make it to an appointment & they still are able to fulfill their work.

I give Sonshine therapy a 10/10. I’ve seen tremendous progress in my son since going to the clinic. Very accommodating as well, everytime my schedule Ms. Nikki always handles its. Thank you to all the ST OP and PT.
