Had my free consultation last week and I totally went into it so nervous. But the moment I met Raquel it was instantly gone. She made me feel seen and not just a dollar sign. I went in for my free consultation and to get a price quote. I expected the person conducting the consultation to be professional and nice. Raquel exceeded every expectation I had. We ran into a few snags regarding the financing option, but she persevered and we ended up with a positive result! I am scheduled for a procedure I have wanted done for over 20 years! She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand, which made me feel very comfortable and confident about the process. When it came time for my surgery, Kristin was absolutely incredible. She was so calming and reassuring, which made such a difference for me during a moment that could have felt stressful. Raquel is wonderful! She works hard to secure the best possible pricing and is incredibly supportive throughout the consultation process. I ultimately chose not to move forward because I was not comfortable with the surgeon assigned for my specific procedure. While both appear skilled in their respective fields, Dr. Miller is not certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, but specializes in bariatric surgery (based on the CV I was shown). Dr. Dawson, who was selected for my procedure, is board-certified but no longer performs surgeries above the neck, as confirmed by his Washington, DC office. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish. Dr. Kim took his time and gave me BETTER results that I could have ever imagined.
