Sonia Reiter Pelvic Floor Therapy

I had an appointment with Sonia in preparing for labor with my first baby - and she was so helpful! She was very professional but also kind and welcoming. I was a bit nervous because I had never visited a pelvic floor specialist before, but I felt very comfortable with Sonia. She gave me and my husband a lot of valuable information about pelvic floor health in general and during/after pregnancy. She also gave me some helpful exercises to practice. I plan to go back to Sonia postpartum and would highly recommend her services!

Each session was enjoyable and empowering as she helped me understand and honor my body and its needs to regain the strength. I am completely satisfied with the outcome of my work with her. I started working with Sonia after giving birth to my son and in just a couple months she has helped me make measurable change to my pelvic floor and core muscles. I worked with Sonia over Zoom and found it to be just as easy as seeing someone in person (easier, in fact, since I didn't have to go anywhere!) and I was shocked at how well she could still see my body's position and help me make micro-adjustments to better practice breathing, posture, and exercise techniques to heal my diastasis recti. To top it off, Sonia was an absolute joy to work with. She's warm, easy to communicate with, and was never late to our sessions. I can't recommend working with Sonia enough!
