Songbird Dental

MUST READ !!! I usually never write bad reviews, however I felt it was needed to share my EXPERIENCE!! The front desk lady last month was horrendously AWFUL and RUDE!! She looks miserable working there and it’s almost as if she wants to lose this place Patients! Dentists are great however as a business owner if I had people working at the front desk like that I WOULD FIRE HER IMMEDIATELY. She incompetent and awful at what she does. Not sure what her name is but WILL NEVER COME BACK! , heavy set lady was yelling and when I asked her a question she was extremely grumpy. I walked in and said with a smile here for my appointment. She looked up and said YOU NEED TO CHECK IN, I went and sat down patiently and she went out for lunch, when she came back 45 min later I walked up and she said “ WA

This is a “pain-free” dental practice. They do a great job making sure the patient is comfortable. The doctors are very kind and do a great job on any procedures you may need. I’ve been going here for years and highly recommend it!

I had a dentist that I really didn’t like and really didn’t trust so that’s why I went to Songbird originally. I will never go to another dentist again. Dr. Gear is an amazing dentist, a wonderful person and told me things my old dentist never even let me know about. Dr. Gear, Angie, Jocelyn and the rest of the staff are absolutely incredible. Wonderful people and I’m so sad that I didn’t find Songbird much earlier in life. Very happy now! Best dentist I’ve ever been to bar none.

I love this practice! The staff has always been very polite. I appreciate that Dr. Yi has done some of my cleanings. He has taken the extra time to teach me ways to keep my teeth and gums healthier. No other dentist has ever taken the time to explain things like he has. Very much recommend this dental office!

Dr Gear and the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The office is neat, organized and comfortable with use of modern technology. I’m so impressed with how much everyone cares and has a great attitude toward the patients.
