I had many concerns before my appointment and I was put it ease and given direction as to where we need to go for my dental needs. The doctor and all the others at the office for terrific, very personable and I enjoyed my visit very much. Respectfully, Richard Carroll

This is the worst dentist office with poor customer service. The first time, I was supposed to arrive 10 minutes early for my daughter’s appointment, but I didn't. When I arrived for the appointment, the person at the front desk was very rude. She raised her voice at a client (me). She told me I was supposed to be 10 minutes early because my daughter was a new patient, and I had to reschedule the appointment. At that time, another client told me they are always very rude to clients. Today, my husband arrived 10 minutes early for my daughter’s appointment. He waited 35 minutes, and nobody said anything to him. He asked the front desk when the doctor would see my daughter, and they said they were behind and didn't know what time the doctor would see her. My husband said, why set an appointme

First time using a clinic type office. Very happy with my experience. Staff was courteous and efficient. Dr Scott was excellent. All around great service.

Some of the receptionist and assistants have nasty attitudes I sat in there for 3 hrs just for a cleaning everyone that stepped foot in there went straight to the back after I’ve been sitting in the waiting area before them. their surgeon likes to break teeth and not care if pieces of the tooth are still in ur gums I wouldn’t recommend this dentist to anyone

My experience was pleasant on a very cold day being wheelchair bound. Very courteous, polite, and respectful! No long wait and treated well by the doctor who understands and compassionate. We were in agreement regarding future treatment. Did not try to sell me anything I didn't need or want!
