Sol's Pharmacy

this place is always giving my mom attitude for no reason. the chubby girl is so RUDE and gives attitude when being asked a simple yes or no question. even when i went with my mom i could feel how tense they were being. their customer service needs improvement, how are you going to work at a pharmacy and treat people like that.

They have employees that are very unfriendly. While I was there waiting for my prescription, I saw many people asking questions and the employees answering in a very unfriendly and unwelcoming manner. At the end when I was going to o pay, I asked them what some options meant that popped on the screen and the guy helping me said, “it’s up to you if you want to check them off.” Clearly he didn’t answer my question and I’m not sure if he really knows what he’s doing or that he even wants to be there. Other than that it’s a necessity and some people have no other choice but to go there since it’s liked to the clinic.

Great service on time.

Always friendly, always helpful and everyone greets me on a first name basis... It takes me a little while to get there, especially considering that I live within walking distance of eight pharmacies, but definitely worth the trip for the service... Great place!!!

Great pharmacy. The staff is friendly, multi lingual, respectful and try to be as courteous as possible. My entire family come to this pharmacy and whenever they don't have a medication, they can usually get by the next day. Pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and cares about the patients and takes the initiative to get things resolved. The over the counter items range from your typical items to drinks, cosmetics, toothpaste, soaps, it's like a mini Walgreens. Go there and you'll be pleased.
