Valencia Health Pediatric Urgent Care

Such a great pediatrician! They were gentle, patient, and made me feel so comfortable as a new parent. My 2-month-old was handled with so much care, and all my questions were answered. Highly recommend!

Dr. Valencia was so gentle and thorough with our 4 month old. She was stuffy, with a cough and he was very thorough to check her ears , hear her lungs and give us good advice on how to care for our little one. He also offered a letter for work excuse which is thoughtful. Would 100% recommend. He also does everything on his own which i thought was impressive. (Front desk , nurse and obv Doctor duties ) .

Took my daughters because of their continuous cough. A five month old as well as a 3 year old. Dr. Valencia was very attentive and gentle with their diagnosis and explained what he was doing as well as checking for throughout the examination. Afterwords he gave his recommendations and best course of action to take for their quick well-being.

TLDR: If you are in search of a pediatric doctor, stop now and just get an appointment with Dr. Valencia. You will not regret it. You may regret NOT going to him first. He responds to calls, does Tele-appt for follow up and very caring and diligent in your family's health. We had initially gone to a different urgent care in Forest Hills, but was turned down due to my child's age. They recommended a different pediatric urgent care with not-so-great reviews. All I can say is that we are extremely thankful that God provided us with Dr. Valencia's urgent care in our search. Don't let the distance or the difficulty in finding parking stop you from visiting this practice. This is a phenomenal pediatric urgent care. The entire practice is super clean, tidy and well-kept. We had a wonderful experience at this pediatric urgent care. There was no long wait time, which was such a relief with a sick toddler. Dr. Jonathan Valencia was amazing—so patient, kind, and attentive. He really took the time to listen to all of my concerns and made sure we didn’t feel rushed at all. The nurse was also incredibly sweet and caring, which helped put both me and my daughter at ease right away. My daughter usually struggles during doctor visits, but she felt so comfortable this time that she didn’t even cry during the exam—a big deal for us! I’m incredibly grateful for the care we received and highly recommend Dr. Valencia and this clinic.
