Always willing to advise and guide and will make sure what you are being prescribed is safe and that you understand how to take your medicine! I get off work 30 minutes before they close and usually arrive just before or right at closing and they have ALWAYS accommodated me. 🖤

This afternoon I called Solon Towncrest and specifically asked them to call me with the price before she ran my card. Took the time and she acknowledged it. A couple hours later my card is ran (I heard the banking go through) and she calls and says we just ran your card for $172.53? I specifically asked for a call before running it so I could give the ok that’s what I wanted to do. Then the manager refuses to let me speak to anyone and accused me of “abusing her staff.” That is very abusive to me let alone she’s telling me that conversation never happened. The apothecary consultation was never communicated to me. But the bigger concern is they had absolutely no regard to how this was handled financially and made me feel SO UNAPPRECIATED .
