Adler Dental

I’m a new patient as of this week. I have some anxiety when it comes to dental work outside of basic cleanings. Dr. Adler and his staff are understanding, kind and give off great vibes. Had a tooth pulled today and it was about as smooth as you can get for that sort of deal. I’m almost looking forward to the work that is coming down the pipe.

I came in with a problem from another dentist. An implant problem to be exact. And if your familiar with implants. You can only imagine the degree of difficulty it is to fix another dentists problem. And Adler handled it without hesitation and no questions asked. Thats the kind of knowledge this man possesses.

Update: They were right! I was very well taken care of at Solon Dental. Got my whole family to switch to them even. I called to become a new patient and was immediately put on a 4 minute hold after I said I am looking to become a new patient. Once the conversation started and the call was 8 minutes in I was about to be placed on another hold and I told them to forget it. I called because this practice had five star reviews but apparently thats only if you can actually get in the door. Right after I called Solon Dental Center and was scheduled with a text confirmation in literally 2 minutes flat. Night and day difference in service.

I was a difficult patient but Dr. Adler navigated around the difficulties. His staff was friendly, pleasant to work with, and professional.

I had previous cleaning and recent tooth extraction. Both went very well. No post op problems or concerns. All staff were professional and thorough with answering my questions and concerns. Dr Medin discussed and reviewed extraction procedure prior to and following the procedure in detail as did the assistants. Encouraged me to call with any concerns, any time. Thank Dr Medin and staff
