I waited for an extended period of time and many massages before leaving this review........Becca is incredible. She knows what she is doing. She knows how to help your body feel better. She is professional. Her space is clean. She is on time. She doesn't upcharge for hot stones and other things. Becca is the real deal with lasting results. I have referred several people to her and they all say the same thing.

Rebecca provides a calm and relaxing environment. She asks about any injuries or areas to focus on via a questionnaire, which allows you to choose how you’d like your massage. The full body massage was amazing and included warm stones, face massage, and scalp massage 💆‍♀️ 😌

Rebecca Moody at Sole of Zion gives the best massage I’ve ever had. During my massage, she uses this really cool technique called pin and stretch, and it helps melt tension away in my shoulders and glutes. Before we start, she listens to what’s been bothering me, and I love that she understands pain in one area often connects to something else. She always knows how to get to the root of it. I always feel safe and comfortable during sessions. Her draping is respectful and intentional, the breast bolster makes lying face-down so much more comfortable, she checks in on pressure levels throughout, and I love that I never leave feeling greasy.
