The entire team at SOLARIS are nothing but amazing. I’m so glad to know the entire staff are doing so good to ensure my father is taken care of. I’d like to especially thank Ke**y and Haz**l for their smiling faces when ever incoming K also knows my Name when I stop in and knows my voice over the phone and the same with H. That alone shows how amazing the staff is. They see so many people weekly and the personalized touch is just great. Also, the social services team as well as the business team are also great. And I absolutely love the communication between the team to me if there is a concern or update. You all are AMAZING!!! Sco** Hol***rg

DO NOT risk your loved ones health by putting them in this facility. While most of the staff is friendly, the ones who are not are awful. The administrator is so unprofessional, making an already difficult situation worse. They are horribly understaffed and the patients do not get the care they deserve.

Exceptional care and outstanding staff at Solaris Healthcare St. Cloud My family is having a truly positive experience with Solaris Healthcare. The facility is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and fun to look at. It’s decorated to the nines with all kinds of cheerful creative touches that make it feel lively and inviting instead of clinical. You get a warm fuzzy feeling the minute you step through the door into a warm welcome area and are greeted by a very personable receptionist. Every staff member I have met, or come in contact with, from the receptionist to administration, physical therapy, social services, transportation and head of nursing has been professional, kind and willing to help often stopping what they’re doing just answer a question or make sure I have what I need. My mom originally came to Solaris for rehab and eventually needed a long-term place to stay. My experience from the Management team, physical therapy, nurses, activities and all personnel at the facility are top rated! We are very pleased that she is there and is being taking care of.

Everyone associated with Solaris is helpful and so friendly. My aunt is getting great care recovering from her stroke.
