Solaris HealthCare Imperial

Solaris Healthcare Imperial is a health facility where your loved one can find a safe place to recover from an illness or live long term in their elder life. Our experience is that the residents are well cared for by all the staff. The residents are safe and happy. The staff are pleasant, competent, and enjoy their work.

We have been impressed with the compassionate skills of the staff, especially Suzy s. The Director of nursing. The therapist had been great too thank you so much for your continued care. We so appreciate this Gail and Marc Kalman

We have been pleased with Solaris at Imperial facility and their staff. They have been attentive, caring, and informative. They have been there to help us navigate our situation(s) The facility is very clean and we have been there at various times.

We had a terrible experience at Solaris Rehab. Every time we came to visit our mother, we were hounded by Martha about getting Medicaid. My mother has insurance which covered the stay and even though we had our insurance company confirm this, it didn't stop the harrassment from both Martha and Mark Morris. They said an intermediary could cancel the insurance coverage for the stay and that we had to make other arrangements. We ended up leaving early and before my mother was ready because we were sick of the constant badgering about coverage. Again, the stay here was paid in full by her insurance. On my last call with Mark Morris, I told him I just got off the phone with an insurance agent who assured me my mother was covered and could he please call them or let me connect a call to confirm

My husband was a patient earlier this year and we had such a good experience that we are (probably not so patiently) awaiting a bed for him for another rehab session. Hopefully they can do the same wonderful work and get him back on his feet again. The rehab people were so patient with him and his debilitating fear of another fall.
