Dr Andrews looked on paper, with all his experience with Military War dogs all over the world. I felt blessed to have found him in St George. I did have a second option with board certified surgeon in San Diego, Ca who had performed SunDayla"s first TPLO surgery when she was four. Dr Andrews was everything I hoped him to be and more! I did not feel rushed for time and he was very patient with me answering my questions, before surgery, during recovery and post surgery. Dr Andrews is very knowledgeable, provides exceptional care! This is Georgette the terrier. At 6 months and 3 pounds, she was struck by an ATV resulting in a shattered pelvis and broken hind legs. At the time of this post she is 8 months old and is living a healthy normal life two months after surgery. Special Thanks to Dr Andrew durring this experience. Dr Andrew brought his all to the situation and was beyond impressive. We are very grateful for this win!

Dr. Andrews performed a complex hip surgery on my 3.5-pound Pomeranian in July. He was incredible. Not only was his clinical work first-rate, but his compassion and patient relations were the best Ive ever experienced (even with "people doctors.") He emailed the night after to see how she was doing. When we came in for our first recheck he spent 15 minutes on the floor with her. Truly the best vet in Southern Utah.

Dr. Andrews performed three procedures (Staphylectomy , Tonsillectomy, and Nares Resection) on my 5 year old Shih Tzu. This summer's heat proved too much for her; she needed help. Dr. Andrews to the rescue. Now she is recovering nicely and getting back to her cute, prissy self! Dr. Andrews is extremely kind and skilled and his staff is friendly and easy to work with. Very competent Vet , did a great job on our 8 year old pit mix who tore her ACL. Recovery was 12 weeks as promised. Highly recommended!
