Our initial visit was disappointing and left our family concerned. My mother had gone to the emergency room on 12/13, and this appointment was scheduled as a follow-up to that visit. Given the circumstances, we were expecting a thorough and attentive evaluation. Unfortunately, she left the appointment feeling that her concerns were not fully heard. My mother has been healthy her entire life, so when she suddenly became ill, our family was understandably worried and hoping for reassurance, guidance, and answers.
