I've been a patient at Porter Square Family Dental for the 6+ years living in Porter Square and they are a rare combination of quality, honest, and personable. I've had countless experiences with dentists pushing superfluous procedures and products on me. Never once did I feel pressured in this way at Porter Square Family Dental. When recommendations were made, they were presented with thoughtful explanation and a range of options to explore. Huge shout out to Tsewang and Dr. Rebecca Sheehan for many years of wonderful care. I seriously considered keeping my dental care with this team despite moving across the country!

My visit to repair a crack in a front tooth was, like all my visits over ten plus years here, a first rate experience. The front desk staff are courteous, efficient, friendly and go out of their way to make all billing and scheduling matters crystal clear. Dr. Sheehan is an ideal dentist: friendly, expert in her technical craft, gentle, personable and efficient and excellent at keeping the patient informed about the procedure as it unfolds. The best dentist I’ve ever had!

Nicely done. I remember being told once that burned the state Massachusetts in my mouth. It was due hot pizza kids and adults be careful. Everyone's really nice. So both professional and humorous. I use to battery powered toothbrushe. But have not seen one in long time. Just one that used to do the checkup.

We sent three messages via their website and they never returned. How does a person who is hard of hearing communicate with this place? We chose a clinic nearby which replied in less than 24 hours. Disappointing.
