Soft Shores Pediatric Dentistry

My children felt extremely well taken care of while we were at Soft shores dental!

I took my three year old here about 4-5 months ago on ACCIDENT! I had made an appointment with a dental office that I THOUGHT was this one and when I arrived I wasn’t on the schedule. But it wasn’t a problem, their lovely receptionist was able to squeeze us in for a second opinion as we had just moved here from CA and had some recommendations for our sons teeth we weren’t totally comfortable with at the time the suggestions were made. IMMEDIATELY my son was comfortable with the staff, which was a FAR CRY from how he acted when we visited the Super Dentist in San Diego CA, which is marketed for children. They explained the treatment plan to me in a way I feel ANYONE could understand (I am also an ex dental receptionist) and was MORE than confident in the recommendations they were making. My

I wish I could rate more than 5 stars! Dr. Welch is the most amazing Dentist! I was so nervous for my daughter to go under bc of the work she needed done, he put me at such ease and made the experience so wonderful for my daughter and myself. Dr. Turner was also extremely patient start to finish. Highly recommend if you have a nervous child.

My daughter Ariel was very scared to get treatment because of past experience in a different office, and I can not believe how well she did! All because of the doctors and staff that were extremely friendly and very patient with her. After the treatment I can tell they were very gentle with her because once the anesthetic wore off there was very little soreness after and no pain at all and she did get a lot of treatment done. 10/10

We had an excellent first-time dentist visit with my children. The staff and dentist were all so welcoming. They talked through the exam and cleaning to help the kids understand what to expect and my son and daughter both left looking forward to their next visit. I am so grateful that my kids had such a positive experience.
