I have been trying to call this place days, weeks and months since Dr. Urieto left BSW. They DO NOT ANSWER CALLS NOR DO THEY RETURN MESSAGES. The voicemail is ALWAYS full. You can't get in touch with anybody. When you send an email about the portal access they always say refer to the first message that I can't find. I have been without a primary doctor for MONTHS because of this. I am a very LOYAL and LONG TIME patient of Dr. Urieto. This is sad the way you can't even get this business to even ANSWER THE PHONE. I have called for HOURS AND DAYS and still NO ANSWER.

If you want a doctor who's more than a pill pusher, this is the one. He doesn't rush to find out if he can write a prescription, instead he asks questions about you as a whole person. Thanks, doc!

I’ve been trying to make an appt since OCTOBER. I’m an established long term patient of Dr U and I need to change my primary care to him. Please call me. My entire family used him and we have been out a doc since BSW. Nicole sturgeon.

This place is great . Sad to say when I had my pellets put in and he was done I said , wait , what we are done ? No soreness after , levels are great . I’m looking and feeling better than ever . I’ve sent every friend I know here .

Absolutely amazing service here by Hector and Laura both. Very welcoming people who are both very thorough and very good at what they do. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you guys so much for all of your help.
