Dental Care at Autumn Run

I walked in expecting just to set up a new patient appointment in the future. But I was offered an exam within 30 minutes - just enough time to fill out the paper work! I was treated with dignity and respect by all the help. I am a senior with hearing loss and when I shared that the Attendant removed her mask so I could hear her plainly. I had a thorough exam and look forward to future appointments.

This dental office is absolutely incredible I am terrified of the dentist and hadn’t been in almost 20 years so of course I was scared careless if you know what I mean I was shaking and sweating but from the moment I walked through the door the entire staff was outstanding there were 4 young ladies who helped me as if we were family, they went all the way out of their way to accommodate me and everything that I needed since I was a scaredy cat but they helped me so much to the point that I had forgotten about being scared before I knew it everything was done and I had forgotten I was even at the dentist it was if we were all out on the lake fishing on a beautiful day Ms. Joyce my hygienist and Ms. London the receptionist also Ms. Melissa the office manager oh and Dr. Hooper OMG these women

Amazing experience and great staff! The hygienist was so thorough and took the time to show me things and walk me through specific areas I needed to focus my flossing on. Dr. Wiseman and Christie are awesome. I came in for just my cleaning and they took X-rays and they noticed I needed a filling and eventually a crown. They did my filling and molded me for the crown all on the same day as my appointment. I live far away so it was a game changer that they were able to get it done all at once and not have to schedule multiple follow ups. Excited for dental care at autumn run to be my new dentist’s office!

I had such a great experience at this office! They were able to see me last minute even though I was a new patient, which I really appreciated. Olivia (I believe that’s her name) went above and beyond by contacting my insurance company to make sure my copay was applied correctly so I didn’t have to pay out of pocket—such a huge help! The dentist and the rest of the staff were also wonderful—very thorough in explaining what the issue was and the care I needed moving forward. On top of being professional, everyone was so kind and welcoming. They even complimented my pink cardigan, but I promise that’s not the only reason I’m writing this glowing review! They truly made me feel comfortable, cared for, and in good hands. Highly recommend this office!

Wonderful dentist and staff! I brought both of my kids, and they were incredibly well cared for. This was hands down the best dental experience we’ve had. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great care.
