Just don't! They are part of GPHA, the Greater Philadelphia Health Action. GPHA is a joke, and their "services" as well. I am a 61-year-old disabled woman, considered at the poverty level in Philadelphia. I've been trying for a year to get my 2 front teeth replaced, Their front office staff has been rude and condescending when asking for the applications for the sliding fee and the denture grant application. Why can't a patient of over a year be told, "Did you know about the ____ applications? You're probably eligible." They have a bouncer there too. Why? I have a walker. NOT ONCE IN A YEAR HAS HE GOT OFF HIS BUTT TO HOLD THE DOOR OPEN! Too busy surfing on his computer. INEXCUSABLE and WHY?! I am a human being trying, unsuccessfully, to get my smile back.
