Snohomish Dentistry

I’ve been going to this dentist since they opened up. I was happy at first and really liked the staff. Now, my husband and I are questioning their integrity. I see the dentist every three months for a cleaning. I went in recently and had a new dentist. This dentist said I had a dark spot on a tooth and I may need a root canal. Excuse me?? Why hasn’t my original dr said anything to me before? (She still works there)The X-rays are old. No one has said anything! It makes me feel like they knew about and waited for it to get worse, this way they could get more money. I’ll be looking for a new dentist. My husband has a story too about a tooth extraction. They showed him an X-ray with a “crack”. My husband said he could not see a crack even where dentist pointed. He went back on another visit an

17 months. That's the time it took for these dentists to let me know my crown wasn't fitting properly & was collecting food/drinks, to now paying today alone, over $1600 to have the whole tooth removed. I developed an infection. They 1st started off by telling me it'd be "expensive to fix" and then when I got braces, they said they couldn't do anything until my braces were completed. I let them know I had a foul odor coming from the tooth, they did nothing. When all is said & done, I'll be paying over $2,800 out of pocket for the extraction and then the dental implant. To say I'm upset, would be an understatement. They've also dismissed tooth pain my husband has been complaining about. My family & I have chosen a different dentist. We're also exploring legal options.

I've been going to Snohomish Dentistry for about 15 years. I trust Dr. To and he has always explained what work he is doing and always asks if I have questions or any pain. When there has been emergency work needed, they were very proactive in scheduling me quickly.

What a great dentist! I had to have a crown done and Dr. To and his staff were so good. I have never had a more caring dental experience than I had here. I actually received a phone call the next day from the Dentist to check on me. Highly recommend them.

I really like this dentist. Both James and Kenny are excellent at what they do and are very caring towards their patients. I have been going here since I was a young child and never had a bad experience.
