I’m not typically one to leave reviews but this dentist office deserves all the hype! I was experiencing tooth pain, called for an appointment, and they got me in the next day. They greeted me with friendly smiles, the check in process was quick and easy. I believe the hygienist’s name was Rachel and she is truly one of a kind. She eased my nerves, was mindful of my pain/ sensitivity during my cleaning, was friendly, and extremely knowledgeable! You can tell she loves what she does. Her positive energy is contagious! Dr. Messah is, by far, the best dentist I’ve ever seen. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. He quickly and efficiently came up with a plan, took his time to explain the processes, and answered all my questions in an easily digestible way. I highly, HIGHLY, r

I’m a new patient and went in for an exam and teeth cleaning. I barely got through the x-ray phase because I was man handled so roughly the roof of my mouth was bleeding. The dental hygienist was very cold and clinical. She kept digging into my gums so much , I couldn’t take it anymore. I had to stop and leave. They rescheduled for another date with a different hygienist; to think my husband warned me about how he was roughly treated. I don’t know if I will return- I don’t think so.

The office staff are very friendly and polite. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing. Dr. Apple Zhu was fabulous. She treated me with respect and was very friendly and knowledgeable. They worked up a treatment plan that was the best possible scenario for my dental needs. Thank you for making my visit enjoyable.

I think my hygienists name was Deb and she was fantastic. I have the biggest dental phobia and my experience was awesome. I will keep coming to Bickford, if I can have Deb! My doctor was also very kind and thorough. I think his name was Dr. Messer?

All the staff I came across were very friendly. Explaining what was going to happen, and very understanding on hearing my fears,& gentle. I was very comfortable, as I've always had Great fear of Dental visits, in my past. I recommend Bickford family Dental.
