Winnie was amazing!! I have been to many massage therapists throughout the years. As a dancer, I need massages regularly in order to care for my body properly. This was by far one of the best massages I have ever received! Winnie explained all about Biomat and how helpful it is. She has strong hands! Perfect for deep tissue massages. However, she checks with you repeatedly to make sure you are comfortable with the type of pressure she is using. There is also a fantastic cream (an add on) she offers that heats up atter it is placed all over your back. It penetrates the skin deeply and helps heal any ailments you may be experiencing. I am definitely excited to try the facial next time as well. I will certainly return again soon.

I had such an amazing massage from Winnie. I had just left the doctor's office for neck and back pain when I walked by Smooth Sunshine Spa. Winnie told me all about the Biomat, which immediately sparked my interest due to the intense pain I was in. Not only was the Biomat amazing, but Winnie gave an amazingly wonderful massage. Winnie is the best massage therapist I have went to in philly and I have tried many different places. She actually cares about helping you feel better over time and isn’t just there to for money. Her prices are great for what she gives you… especially compared to some other places where I have paid $120 for a service where it was nothing special. It’s so hard to find a massage therapist who will actually give me the deep tissue I need. She is very strong and knows what she’s doing. I recommend her to anyone looking for a real deep tissue that will actually help you if you are very tense. I have no problem paying upfront for the service, as I have seen another comment complaining about that.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage from Winnie, and I can't recommend her highly enough. I am 6ft tall and a built athlete. When I initially called, I wanted someone strong. I've been to a lot of masseuses in Philadelphia and Winnie is easily one of the top I've experienced. She is super strong and can do really powerful deep tissue but also does an incredibly relaxing but effective regular massage. She pairs the two so there's some real work being done on my muscles while also giving me some space for relaxation and more gentle muscle release. I felt like trauma was being released from my body. It not only felt physically restorative and reparative but also emotionally. She's also really responsive and respective of feedback. If something doesn't feel right, she immediately adjusts and sometimes noticed how my body was responding and adjusted before I could even say anything. She's really attuned.
