Smith's Pharmacy

We will be reporting Nicole for the way she treated my wife. When a provider has called in a prescription in the a.m., it should be filled before 7 PM especially when you have customers that are just leaving the doctors office at 7 PM and coming to get their medication filled at the pharmacy with no issues, but yet telling my wife hers won’t be filled till the morning is absolutely wrong. Luckily for us, my brother is a orthopedic surgeon and we have discussed with him what has occurred and he said this is not how any patient should be treated when going to the pharmacy to get their prescription filled and he also helped us on where to go to put a complaint in for this pharmacy. Dr. sent a prescription for an infection Friday afternoon. It's still in process at this pharmacy?!? I've never seen such SLOW service...plus the car ahead of us in drive thru was allowed to sit at window for 10 minutes. Arghhh!!! 😡Need to switch pharmacies.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Cheri M. at Smith's Pharmacy, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service I received. As a Google Local Guide Level 7, I have visited numerous pharmacies, but this one stands out for its efficiency and customer care.On this particular morning, I used the drive-thru service, (located on the North end of the store) which had only a one-car wait. Despite being the only lane available, the process was quick and seamless. Cheri M. provided prompt and accurate service, ensuring my prescription was ready without any hassle. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism made the experience pleasant and stress-free.In addition to the drive-thru, Smith's Pharmacy also offers convenient access from inside the store. this place is terrible. The customer service sucks. The wait times are horrendous. I have literally had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. Was hoping to feel close to home, but I think I might have to venture out because they are not good at all I thought Walmart was terrible. Well boy was I wrong. And if I’m in line to get my prescription filled, do not tell me to circle back around. I came in line 1st and I will be served. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I love this pharmacy I would have out of all the pharmacies I have had this is the only one I rate over 10 good people nice people and they explain things better than I ever seen you guys are awesome
