Staff is very accommodating & will take the time to answer questions & explanations that are easily understood. This location along with Ranch & Charleston Pharmacy went above &beyond to solve a dilemma I had. I was very impressed with their willingness to help, the forthought they put into action to come up with a solution & the quick results all done seemingly effortlessly. That's top notch service. I'm happy to be able to highlight this to anyone & everyone. Would love to see more of that type of service from ALL Businesses. ....,...........What a wonderful world this would be...........

Even though they have great variety this store has slow employees,slow lines, slow service just SLOW. The people at the cash register are slow, self checkout is always long and slow. I suggest re routing if you don’t want to lose brain cells.

After getting the run around and bad customer service from Walgreens and CVS pharmacy, i finally decided to transfer my fathers prescriptions to Smiths Pharmacy, they are great!! They handled it all for me, didn’t have to keep calling or anything, they called and followed up with me throughout the process, took less than 4 hours! Their customer service was amazing! Irene and Jen thank you so much for your kindness, you don’t find customer service like that anymore. I appreciate y’all getting us taken care of! Thank you.

This should be no stars the App and rye web site never work correctly. I have sent several emails to corporate office with nothing.

If I could give it negative stars I would. The people in the pharmacy don't know how to do their jobs. I get a text saying my medications are ready to be picked up and when I go there they say they haven't been filled yet. They have done this three times already, and still haven't gotten my meds
