Smith's Pharmacy

I have used this pharmacy for a long time. I don't like to go inside to stand in long lines of sometimes sick people. I've stayed because of the drive thru and that is consistent at one thing, closing during normal business hours. Or 12:45 instead of 1 or 6:45 instead of 7 . List your fricking hours and stick to it! I hope next time you go to the DR they close 15 minutes before you arrive. I'm finally done. Some of the staff is pleasant the other are not .

The people are super friendly and my wait times are never more than 20 minutes. Ive been to other pharmacies and waited for days for them to fill my prescriptions. It seems like all pharmacies are busy anymore, but Smiths is still my top pick. I have talked to the pharmacist and they can't get anyone hired. They are working with 2-3 less people than are needed. I really feel sorry for them. I have heard how people talk to them. It's not their fault. They are just way understaffed. The technicians leave because of how they are treated by customers.

Avoid this place at all costs. There low rating makes since. Had a prescription sent over here by an error of a walk in clinic. When I asked for them to change it by me and my sctusl pharmacy. They claimed to had done it already- they had not. The pharmacist become rude and condescending. All these terrible reviews make since now.

I love this pharmacy. The customer service and smiles I always receive are hands down the best of any pharmacy I have been to in the area! Keep up the great work!

Smith's Pharmacy has a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff that will always go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. It is well stocked and has anything and everything you could ever need but if they don't have an item, they will order it for you or direct you to where you can get it quickly.
