To start with I called to ask them if they could trim up my partial for a better fit . She asked how old they were I said I have had them a few days she asked were I got them I said not in the Us she said well you will have to go back to them . I said it’s a little fare to Mexico . She started laughing and hung up on me . So I called her back and said look if you don’t work in other dentist work that’s all you have to say but that was very rude to hang up. What difference. Does it matter where I got them or how long ??? She should have just said we don’t work on other dentist projects. I have never had such bad service it my life . I will be telling everyone how rude and unprofessional your answering service is. I not only got hung up on once but twice !! Not only is it unethical for them
