Smith & Smith Dental Associates

I found this dentist on my own from searching and looking at reviews. I went to my first appointment today and I can tell you that I made a great choice. Both dentists, the dental assistants and office staff are incredible. Everyone was kind, warm, friendly, professional and caring. They seem to really be concerned with getting my dental health healthy and helping me get the perfect bright smile I'm interested in. The office environment has a warm inviting feel to it. It's very clean, neat and sanatized in the entire office. I fell in love with my new dental office, the dentists and all the staff. They couldn't have been any better. I had the fortune pleasure of meeting both Dr. Ivan and Alisia Smith for VA exams, they are both compassionate professionals that listened to my issues with empathy and intent, the staff were courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend them and would rate them as a military-friendly office!

Poor customer service. You can clearly tell the receptionist doesn’t want to work. Her attitude completely discouraged me from making an appointment even after telling me they didn’t accept my insurance. She’s very rude and dismissive. Her tone was filled with frustration and negativity. I’m tired of encountering people and women like this

Came here today to be evaluated for TMJ and the dentist was one of the most kind-hearted people I've ever met. Great bedside manner. Explained everything really well and was very helpful and informative. The whole staff was really nice, in fact. Highly recommend!

I was refered to this office by the VA for an appointment. The staff was quick, exceptional, and courteous. Dr. Smith was amazing, very professional and very helpful. His cheerful demeanor and candor were a welcomed part of the VA process which can be hit or miss. I would wholeheartedly recommend this location. Great staff and a family driven Doctor at the helm.
