They are great people, honest and operate with integrity. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a change in their smile. Dr. Gerald and his team were very professional! My experience: I came in wanting to get braces and they first did a consultation, talked about payment plans and then I got them put on the same day! Highly recommended.

We recently moved to GA from another state in the early stages of my autistic daughters braces journey. Braces is nerve-wracking in itself but to then change courses with new doctors who can change the whole trajectory of the plan for braces-something that if messed up will be noticeable for the rest of our child's life?! Down right terrifying. We immediately started seeing Dr. Smith & his practice has been better than I could have hoped. With autism, sensory changes/unknowns is terrifying & overwhelming. Braces is a whole separate category that has topped anything we have ever faced with our daughter. We got paired up with Ms. Toni to put on bottom braces after being here a couple months & she was better than anything my daughter or myself could have hoped for. She was gentle, kind, patie

Staff is professional and helpful, and the providers take great time and care to be sure the treatment plan is on track. They’re also very patient with patients who may be tired of braces!! Lol

Dr Smith is a meticulous artist. Very thorough and a kind person. Everyone in the office is friendly and efficient.

I am continually amazed at the level of excellent care we get from this practice. The day my daughter had her expander put in, I received a call from Dr. Smith, leaving me a message to check on her and leaving me his cell phone number. Last week, we had an "emergency" on a Friday when they were closed, and he met us at the office to take care of our issue, then called the next day (Saturday) to check on her. Everyone at this practice has been exceedingly kind, patient, and caring towards my child. It feels like the level of service we used to get everywhere, but can no longer get anywhere. I recommend Smith Smile any chance I get!
