As an RN Advocate, I cannot recommend this provider to anyone. I have personally found her to be dismissive, judgemental, and self-righteous in communication about patients. She will also terminate a patient's care without explanation the minute her actions or the procedures of her clinic are questioned, which I did after my patient reported they were discouraged from making a sick appointment due to a small balance owed. Maybe she's nicer to people with more money. No thank you, we'll find someone else.

Sandra and her staff are always so friendly and helpful every time we are there. I read another review that said Sandra told a women to “get over it” I personally don’t think she would EVER say that to a patient. She has taken care of my family and I for 13 years and has never had ANY inappropriate bed side manners. Sandra takes her time, cares about her patients, answers all my questions (which can be a lot) and explains the answers throughly and in a way that I can understand them. I would highly recommend her and her staff for your family’s medical needs!!

Terribly rude and unprofessional on many occasions. I had been told by Sandra to "get over it" on one occasion, regarding a sensitive situation. I was hung up on, by Sandra, on a different occasion after simply being honest and letting them know, I didn't exactly feel my and son I were welcomed after we were instructed to stay in the car upon arrival for the appointment because he was sick.. (is this not where you go when ill?) Instead she told me to have a good day and hung up on me. Find anywhere else to go.

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE SANDRA, AUDRIANA AND TYLER!!!!! My 87 year old mother uses a walker…EVERY TIME that we arrive, we are greeted at the car with loving people that help her to her appt. room. Same, after the fact! They are professional and honest! I wouldn’t take my mom anywhere BUT there!!!! Thank you for your love and compassion! Mostly, thank you for taking such great care of the person that means everything to me! YOU ALL ROCK!!!

I called to get an appointment for my daughter cause she was having severe emotional issue and the person that answered the phone at the medical office Arianna said that she would send a packet for my daughter and she will have to fill it out and then Arianna said she we will have to send the packet to the board and then if they accept the person as a new patient she will call my daughter and set up an appointment for her well I was confused and asked her why all of that for a dang appointment. Never heard of that ever for any doctor.
