Smiling Faces Family Dentistry

SHADY!!!! Staff is not kind or understanding. They don’t allow parents to be with their children so if your child is being sent here, don’t go unless you’re ok sitting in the waiting room for hours and hours not knowing anything about what’s going on with your child. They’re not honest, they just want to get you in to get their money. They don’t care about anyone else’s time. I made this appointment based on their 1.5 hour procedure time, I’ve been here over 3 hours and they’re still not done. No other patients in the back and I can’t be with my children. As a matter of fact a patient who came in before me had an appointment after me for 11, it’s 1:15 and they’re still sitting in the waiting room. They blamed my child for this taking extra time because she was crying! Are you serious?! Of

I was reluctant at first because it was my first visit to their dentist office but upon my arrival for my appointment, I was greeted with a pleasant welcome to Smiling Face Dentistry. Everyone that I came in contact with was very nice. This made me feel comfortable in a dentist office which I have always had apprehension about because I'm a little afraid of needles. I would recommend Smiling Face Dentistry to anyone looking for an excellent dentistry.

Smiling Face Dentistry got me all the way together! My dentist was wonderful and the whole team made me feel so welcomed and cared for. Definitely recommend!
